Associate Manager - Visual Merchandising (Retail)

Hourly range: $29.25–$36.50

What you will do

• Partner with the Store Director as a shared business owner to maximize store profitability.
• Own the Visual Merchandising division of responsibility while supporting other areas such as operations, HR, service, and selling.
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology while maintaining accountability.
• Support recruiting, training, team development, and a collaborative working environment.
• Coach associates, drive customer service standards, and help the team exceed goals.
• Develop community events and step into sales-floor roles as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-time retail management experience with a similar scope.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Teamwork, flexibility, courtesy, innovation, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds / 18 kilos.
