What you will do

• Lead the full store team and deliver a strong omni-channel customer experience.
• Analyze sales and budget performance and create plans to optimize results and profits.
• Oversee customer service, loyalty app promotion, sustainability initiatives, fitting rooms, checkout, and store maintenance.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, evaluate, and develop colleagues, including succession planning and team scheduling.
• Maintain visual merchandising, fashion presentation, stock levels, garment care, pricing, and store technology standards.
• Ensure opening and closing routines, administrative processes, security, health and safety, and legal requirements are followed.

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills and willingness to take responsibility for the store team.
• Experience in a leadership position, retail management, and retail operations.
• Confidence in team coaching and development.
• Effective communication, analytical problem-solving, and ability to work with numbers and statistics.
• Experience collaborating closely with a team.
