What you will do

• Lead and support the store department, fostering collaboration and an inclusive, entrepreneurial culture.
• Manage the omni-channel customer experience, customer service, sales goals, budgets, and commercial opportunities.
• Recruit, onboard, schedule, evaluate, retain, and develop department employees.
• Monitor fashion trends, products, competitors, and influencers while strengthening product and fashion knowledge.
• Maintain stock levels, garment presentation, fitting room and checkout routines, store technology, and visual standards.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, administrative routines, health and safety, and legal requirements.
