Department Manager (Retail)

Location: Florence, South Carolina, USA. Onsite retail store role.

Salary: $20.90–$24.04 per hour.

What you will do

• Lead the department team and create an inclusive, collaborative, and performance-focused culture.
• Analyze sales, budgets, department performance, and commercial opportunities to optimize results and profitability.
• Ensure excellent customer service, omni-channel execution, visual presentation, fitting room, checkout, and return routines.
• Recruit, onboard, schedule, evaluate, upskill, and develop store employees.
• Manage stock levels, deliveries, garment presentation, price communication, and stockroom standards.
• Open and close the store while ensuring operational, health and safety, and legal procedures are followed.

• Strong leadership skills and willingness to take responsibility for others.

• Ability to work with numbers, analyze statistics, and manage sales and budget goals.
