Alternative Delivery Manager (Small Modular Nuclear Reactor)

Location: Dallas, TX, United States. Travel may exceed 50% depending on assignment and project requirements.

What you will do

• Provide direction and management across all phases of alternative and collaborative delivery projects focused on small modular nuclear reactors.
• Support business development, client relationship development, teaming, project pursuits, and proposals.
• Engage early with clients, owners, developers, contractors, and engineers in collaboration with Business Development.
• Drive decisions and progress among internal stakeholders, partners, and clients.
• Review estimates, develop commercial proposal materials, and ensure proposal quality and compliance with RFP requirements.
• Manage active contracts and design activities while providing leadership throughout project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field, plus 10+ years of project management or construction management experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Proposal, estimating, design, and/or construction experience in the nuclear sector, including understanding of nuclear regulations.
• Contractor experience is required.
• Experience with alternative delivery methods, including design-build and EPC, as well as key project leadership roles.
• Experience managing clients during project pursuits and delivery, including win strategies, pricing, and scheduling.
• Technical writing skills, familiarity with scheduling, estimating, and project controls software, and a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
