Associate Director, Delivery Site & Service (Logistics)

Location: Madison, Wisconsin, United States; onsite. Ability to travel up to 25% domestically.

Compensation: $146,300–$271,700 annually, with possible additional annual incentives.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop multidisciplinary site and service teams while establishing centralized Delivery Site & Service capabilities for the Engineered Buildings platform.
• Coordinate with customers and Project Management to deliver jobsite services on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Manage customer relationships, resolve complex issues, and communicate delivery risks, mitigation plans, and required decisions.
• Establish intake, prioritization, dispatch, diagnosis, repair, warranty, and billable service processes.
• Coordinate carriers, subcontractors, field service crews, crane operators, Supply Chain, Engineering, Estimating, Operations, Legal, and Risk Management for transportation, installation, damage resolution, and incomplete-shipment recovery.
• Maintain safety and training compliance, plan crew travel and accommodations, and prepare bills of materials and service costs.

Requirements

• Relevant academic background in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in logistics, project management, or construction management.
• 5+ years of experience managing teams, with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with budget management, coordination, customer engagement, ERP, and Microsoft products.
• Ability to work onsite in Madison, Wisconsin, United States and travel domestically up to 25%.
