Alternative Delivery Manager (Power Transmission)

Location: Renton, Washington, United States. Travel may exceed 50% depending on the assignment and project requirements.

Expected salary range: $127,000–$175,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Provide direction and management across all phases of alternative and collaborative delivery projects.
• Support business development, teaming, pursuits, and proposal development.
• Manage active contracts and design activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead design-build pursuits and provide project management guidance.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, internal teams, and external partners.
• Develop win strategies, pricing, schedules, and project delivery plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering, plus 5+ years of project management or construction management experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Construction or engineering experience in electrical transmission, distribution, and substation markets, including overhead and preferably underground projects.
• Experience with alternative delivery methods such as design-build, CMGC, or progressive design-build.
• Experience in project leadership and client management during pursuits and project delivery.
• Experience with technical writing, scheduling, estimating, and project controls software.
• Valid driver’s license for the vehicles operated and an acceptable driving record.

• PE certification.
• DBIA certification.
