TL;DR
Alternative Delivery Manager (Trenchless) (Construction and Infrastructure): Managing all phases of alternative and collaborative delivery projects, from business development and proposals through contract and design management, with an accent on design-build pursuits, client management, and project controls. Focus on developing win strategies, pricing and schedules, coordinating internal and external teams, and delivering transportation construction projects under tight deadlines.
Location: Lomira, Wisconsin, United States. Travel may exceed 50% depending on the assignment and project requirements.

What you will do
- Provide direction and management across all phases of alternative and collaborative delivery projects.
- Support business development, teaming, pursuits, and proposals.
- Manage active contracts and design activities.
- Lead design-build pursuits and provide project management guidance.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, general contractors, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate internal teams with external partners and client teams while making timely decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, plus 5+ years of project or construction management experience, or an equivalent combination.
- Experience with transportation engineering or construction projects, including highways, DOT projects, bridges, foundations, retaining walls, or federal projects.
- Experience with alternative delivery methods such as design-build, CMGC, or progressive design-build.
- Experience in project leadership and client management during pursuits and project delivery.
- Knowledge of win strategies, pricing, scheduling, estimating, and project controls software.
- Valid driver’s license for the vehicles driven and an acceptable driving record.
Nice to have
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- DBIA certification.
- Technical writing experience.
