Solution Engineer Associate (API Integration)

What you will do

• Collaborate with sales teams to gather customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide pre-sales support through technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Design and implement solutions using API integration expertise.
• Support customers during implementation by assisting with integrations and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Create solution designs, implementation guides, best-practice documentation, and professional technical presentations.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal product development teams while supporting successful solution adoption.

Requirements

• Experience in a technical role, preferably in pre-sales or solution engineering.
• Understanding of API integration principles, solution design, and technical documentation.
• Experience implementing solutions and troubleshooting technical challenges.
• Strong written and verbal collaboration, communication, presentation, and public-speaking skills.
• Ability to gather and interpret customer requirements and quickly learn complex software products.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
