Senior Customer Engineer, LATAM - MCR (Santiago, Chile)

Location: Hybrid in Santiago, Chile. Offer-stage candidates may be asked to attend an in-person interview at a hirify.global office or hub.

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery with Account Executives and design custom architectures for enterprise customers.
• Run product demonstrations and Proofs of Concept across Security, Networking, and Developer Platforms.
• Oversee technical onboarding, implementation, adoption, and long-term account growth.
• Monitor customer health and telemetry, identify bottlenecks, and accelerate time-to-value.
• Lead technical Quarterly Business Reviews and communicate return on investment to executive stakeholders.
• Use AI agents to automate RFP responses, sandbox provisioning, telemetry monitoring, and other routine workflows.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering.
• Expertise in web security, networking, DNS, routing, DDoS mitigation, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience in a quota-carrying or revenue role, with knowledge of SaaS metrics and enterprise sales cycles.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to connect technical details with C-suite business strategy.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Santiago, Chile.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global’s developer platform and AI tools, including Workers AI, AI Gateway, and Vectorize.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, or RAG architectures.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages for integration scripts and API connectors.
