Focus on designing wireless FPGA IP architecture, solving timing closure and clock-domain crossing challenges, and delivering validated products with engineering teams and industrial partners.

What you will do
- Architect FPGA soft IPs such as ORAN, eCPRI, and CPRI.
- Develop IP architecture with Wireless System Solutions for 5G and next-generation networks.
- Lead technical discussions with industrial customers and partners.
- Direct FPGA IP software development, validation, troubleshooting, and debugging activities.
- Manage, coach, and evaluate software development engineers, validation engineers, and architects.
- Set clear goals, maintain accountability, and drive team execution and results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, plus 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of O-RAN and eCPRI standards.
- Hands-on experience with hardware design, highly optimized RTL development, IP-level simulation, and hardware validation.
- Proficiency with FPGA development and verification tools, including Quartus, Platform Designer, and Questa Sim or VCS.
- Experience with timing closure, clock-domain crossing, reset architecture, Avalon-ST, and AXI.
- Knowledge of wireless system architecture and 3GPP 4G/5G standards is advantageous.
