Corporate Counsel, IP Litigation (iGaming)

Location: Remote - US

Salary: $160,800–$201,000 USD annually, plus bonus, equity, and applicable benefits.

What you will do

• Manage active and potential litigation, including lawsuits, demand letters, litigation holds, e-discovery, document collection, court filings, and outside counsel.
• Investigate disputes, assess legal exposure, develop litigation strategies, and negotiate resolutions.
• Advise teams on patents, trademarks, copyrights, name, image and likeness, right of publicity, and other intellectual property matters.
• Support patent harvesting by evaluating employee innovations and coordinating with patent prosecution counsel.
• Protect brands by managing trademark registrations and pursuing infringers, impersonators, and unauthorized uses across digital channels.
• Develop and enforce artificial intelligence governance policies and guardrails while supporting regulatory inquiries, customer complaints, and other legal matters.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association-accredited law school.
• At least four years of relevant law firm experience.
• Active Massachusetts Bar membership in good standing or eligibility for admission as in-house counsel in Massachusetts.
• Substantial intellectual property litigation experience involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, name, image and likeness, and right of publicity.
• Experience managing complex litigation and discovery, developing case strategy, and working with outside counsel and cross-functional partners.
• Strong legal judgment, analytical and influencing skills, written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
