What you will do

• Lead end-to-end programs for semiconductor and memory test solution development from concept through production deployment.
• Build integrated plans covering schedules, milestones, resources, budgets, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate ASIC, SoC, DFT, validation, test engineering, product engineering, firmware, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams.
• Drive package test, system-level test, reliability qualification, characterization, and production readiness activities.
• Manage alignment with product specifications, manufacturing objectives, customer requirements, vendors, and external test partners.
• Track test coverage, tester yield, quality, and production-readiness KPIs while leading automation, process optimization, yield improvement, failure analysis, and reliability investigations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, electronics engineering, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in semiconductor engineering, test engineering, product engineering, technical program management, or a related discipline.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional engineering programs from development through manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor test methodologies, silicon validation, manufacturing processes, ATE platforms, and production test flows.
• Strong project management, scheduling, risk management, stakeholder communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple technical programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with NAND Flash, DRAM, HBM, or emerging memory architectures.
• Knowledge of ASIC, SoC, mixed-signal, or high-speed digital semiconductor products.
• Experience with Advantest, Teradyne, or equivalent ATE platforms and high-volume semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience with Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification.
