Supply Chain Technical Program Manager (Semiconductor)

Location: Austin, Texas or Santa Clara, California; 100% onsite. Travel required approximately 10% of the time. Relocation eligible.

Salary: $116,000–$159,500 per year, plus potential bonus and stock award compensation.

What you will do

• Lead complex technical programs spanning manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, and external suppliers.
• Prepare project plans and drive initiatives from conception and planning through implementation.
• Drive supplier qualification, alternate-source development, and supply chain resilience initiatives.
• Evaluate manufacturing processes, supplier capabilities, and qualification readiness.
• Manage technical risks, mitigation plans, issue resolution, engineering changes, and manufacturing readiness activities.
• Coordinate root-cause investigations, corrective actions, program schedules, milestones, dependencies, and executive communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in technical program management, manufacturing engineering, supplier quality, operations, or supply chain.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operations.
• Experience with supplier qualification and supplier quality methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical projects and manage technical risks.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in supply chain and semiconductor domains, especially sensors, process power, or PCBA.
• Supplier development and qualification program experience.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience working with global suppliers and cross-functional engineering teams.
