Technical Project Manager (Semiconductors)

Location: Livermore, California; full-time onsite role with regular day-shift hours.

Salary: $90,500–$118,755 per year, depending on experience, skills, and background.

What you will do

• Support product development programs from concept through production release and transition new products into Operations.
• Coordinate program activities, assigned tasks, milestones, deliverables, risks, and timeline updates.
• Gather requirements from customers, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and external partners.
• Participate in technical troubleshooting, debugging, validation, and test-methodology development.
• Support Design of Experiments for process development, materials selection, and product qualification.
• Prepare program reports and analyses while contributing to electromechanical manufacturing-process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of related experience, an advanced degree without experience, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience or knowledge in manufacturing, semiconductors, and MEMS probe cards.
• Ability to analyze data and use structured problem-solving techniques, including control charts, histograms, Pareto charts, and scatter diagrams.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project or timeline-management software.
