Technical Project / Program Manager (Semiconductor)

Location: Santa Clara, CA; travel required 10% of the time; relocation eligible.

Salary: $133,500–$183,500 per year.

What you will do

• Support end-to-end execution of Integrated Business Planning initiatives, tracking milestones, dependencies, actions, risks, and opportunities.
• Define work plans, timelines, success criteria, and decision paths for ambiguous problem spaces.
• Coordinate Supply Chain, SPG, JOLT, Business Unit, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Product Management, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Identify data gaps, risks, and execution issues; escalate them with context and recommended actions.
• Prepare program updates, meeting notes, follow-ups, executive-ready updates, decision documents, business cases, tables, charts, and slides.
• Analyze supply, demand, capacity, and material data; build Excel models, trackers, and summaries to support planning decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations, Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in technical program management, business operations, or operations transformation, including at least 3 years leading programs with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data validation, and scenario or sensitivity analysis.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts, including tables, joins, and keys, sufficient to query and interpret operational data independently.
• Ability to structure, clean, and analyze large and imperfect datasets and turn results into executive-ready recommendations.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, develop execution plans, and drive teams toward measurable outcomes without formal authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-facing presentation and facilitation skills, plus the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, engineering, operations, supply chain, product development, or technology environments, including direct experience in semiconductor or high-mix manufacturing planning such as supply planning, capacity planning, or materials management.
• Experience leading business transformation, operational excellence, enterprise systems, data and analytics, automation, or digital product programs; experience with S&OP process management and all aspects of S&OP or IBP.
• Experience with an enterprise planning system such as SAP APO/IBP, Kinaxis, o9, or a comparable system.
• Track record delivering in both Agile and stage-gate environments and selecting the appropriate approach.
