Technical Project / Program Manager (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Santa Clara, CA, United States. Relocation eligible. Travel required up to 10% of the time.

Salary: $133,500–$183,500 per year, with potential bonus and stock awards.

What you will do

• Support end-to-end execution of Integrated Business Planning initiatives, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, actions, and success criteria.
• Develop work plans and timelines for ambiguous problem spaces and drive programs toward measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate Supply Chain, SPG, JOLT, Business Units, Manufacturing, Procurement, Product Management, Supply Planning, and Demand Planning stakeholders.
• Analyze supply, demand, capacity, and materials data to identify trends, constraints, gaps, and inconsistencies.
• Build Excel-based analytical models, trackers, summaries, visualizations, business cases, and executive-ready status updates.
• Drive alignment and decision-making across geographically distributed matrixed teams without formal authority.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, business, information systems, supply chain, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in technical program management, business operations, or operations transformation, including at least 3 years leading programs with business and technical stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data validation, and scenario or sensitivity analysis.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts, including tables, joins, and keys, with the ability to analyze large and imperfect datasets.
• Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, engineering, operations, supply chain, product development, or technology environments.
• Experience with semiconductor or high-mix manufacturing planning, S&OP/IBP, enterprise planning systems such as SAP APO/IBP, Kinaxis, or o9, and both Agile and stage-gate delivery.
