Technical Project/Program Manager (Semiconductor)

Salary: $110,500.00–$152,000.00 per year

What you will do

• Develop project plans and lead projects from conception and planning through implementation and deployment.
• Define project strategies, processes, resource plans, schedules, and execution tracking.
• Drive cost, schedule, and performance objectives for equipment and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional design teams and stakeholders across engineering, operations, supply chain, business teams, vendors, and customers.
• Provide technical guidance and support supply chain projects for the AGS business unit.
• Identify project risks and issues and develop mitigation and resolution plans.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in program management, project management, engineering, or supply chain management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong program management experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a technical or manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with global suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong communication, influence, and negotiation skills in a matrixed organization.
• Ability to analyze large datasets, synthesize insights, and present findings to senior executive leadership.

Nice to have

• Engineering or technical background in the semiconductor industry or supply chain management.
• Experience with semiconductor components, OEM components, process power systems, build-to-print parts, advanced materials, and mechanical or electrical assemblies.
