Program/Project Manager (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Bloomington, Minnesota, USA; onsite at the offices and manufacturing facility

Salary: $88,000–$170,000 base salary annually

What you will do

• Lead customer-funded technology development, qualification, manufacturing transfer, and new product introduction programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across process and equipment engineering, wafer integration, characterization, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operations.
• Manage integrated schedules, technical milestones, budgets, risks, customer deliverables, and scope changes.
• Drive technology readiness, qualification, manufacturing transfer, and production release activities.
• Lead customer communication, technical reviews, proposal and statement-of-work support, and customer visits.
• Provide executive-level reporting on program status, risks, resources, and commitments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Science, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of project or program management experience in a technical or manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing program schedules, planning methodologies, and reporting systems.
• Strong communication, presentation, organizational, customer relationship management, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and work with customers, executives, and technical subject matter experts.
• The position may require U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency status in the future depending on federal requirements.

Nice to have

• 8+ years of program or project management experience in semiconductors, advanced manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or related industries.
• Experience with semiconductor technology development, process qualification, manufacturing transfer, or NPI programs.
• Knowledge of wafer fabrication, process integration, yield improvement, and qualification methodologies.
• Advanced degree, PMP certification, or equivalent project/program management training.
• Experience with customer-driven R&D, technology commercialization, stage-gate processes, or government-funded development programs.
