Safety Coordinator (Oil and Gas)

Location: Milwaukee, WI; travel up to 100% across the United States, including project job sites

What you will do

• Conduct job-site visitations and health, safety, and environmental audits.
• Investigate incidents and support emergency response activities.
• Assist operations with HSE program compliance and communication.
• Lead safety meetings, trainings, and new-hire orientations.
• Travel to energy infrastructure projects throughout the United States.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a safety role.
• At least 5 years of experience in the oil or gas industry.
• Valid driver license for the vehicle types operated and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to travel up to 100% of the time across the United States.

Nice to have

• Board of Certified Safety Professionals credential.
• Certified Utility Safety Professional credential.
