Resource Planning Analyst

What you will do

• Support mid-term workforce planning and ensure resource plans and schedules meet customer expectations across front and back office teams.
• Analyse historical supply and demand data to produce forecasts, arrival distributions, and performance trends.
• Administer schedules in the workforce management platform and recommend improvements to scheduling efficiency.
• Collaborate with service delivery teams and stakeholders to support service KPIs and timely decision-making.
• Assist real-time planning by analysing call trends, performance, and forecasts to make tactical interval-level decisions.
• Help maintain best practices, governance, audit processes, and documented workforce planning frameworks.

Requirements

• Prior experience in resource planning is essential.
• Understanding of operational teams and resource planning methodologies.
• Practical experience with workforce management systems, including scheduling and forecasting platforms.
• Experience with scheduling and improving scheduling efficiency.
• Strong analytical, logical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
