Business Systems Analyst - Swindon

Location: Swindon, United Kingdom; office attendance at least four days per week with the option to work from home one day per week

What you will do

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Analyse business processes and gather requirements for system enhancements and new implementations.
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
• Investigate production issues and perform root cause analysis to troubleshoot and resolve them.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to deliver timely solutions and maintain system stability.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in SQL for root cause analysis and identifying development requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in the Swindon office at least four days per week.
