What you will do

• Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and process reviews.
• Develop business cases, project charters, process flows, system specifications, and requirements traceability matrices.
• Support change management by assessing impacts, engaging stakeholders, preparing communications, and coordinating training materials.
• Analyse business processes, systems, applications, and project data to recommend efficiency improvements and cost reductions.
• Assist project managers with timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and project documentation.
• Support test case development, user acceptance testing, solution validation, troubleshooting, and communication of findings through reports and dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business management, or a related field.
• Experience in a business analyst or similar role.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and business analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
