Workday Adaptive Planning Manager

What you will do

• Lead Workday Adaptive Planning implementation projects from discovery through deployment, managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and client expectations.
• Facilitate client workshops to define business processes, planning requirements, reporting needs, and performance metrics.
• Design, configure, test, and optimize models covering sheets, versions, dimensions, security, reporting, dashboards, OfficeConnect, workforce planning, and scenario planning.
• Lead integrations with ERP, HRIS, CRM, and other enterprise systems using JavaScript, SQL, APIs, JDBC, and integration platforms.
• Review deliverables, improve reporting and operational processes, and maintain implementation standards.
• Build client relationships, mentor consultants, and support proposals, demonstrations, scoping, and practice development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; accounting, finance, information systems, business analytics, or a related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in EPM, FP&A, financial systems, or consulting, including at least 4 years implementing Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations and managing project workstreams, budgets, and client relationships.
• Experience with JavaScript and SQL, plus the ability to troubleshoot integrations and system configurations.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Adaptive Planning model design, integrations, administration, reporting, dashboards, OfficeConnect, security, and scenario planning.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills; ability to explain technical concepts to business and technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Corporate financial accounting, financial planning and analysis, and consulting experience.
• Experience with process improvement and root cause analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel as needed, approximately 20%.
