What you will do

• Work with culinary teams to break dishes into components for recipe input.
• Maintain and update recipes, pricing, and galley plan data in ERP and internal systems.
• Collect dish weights after menu presentation and calculate and review Bills of Materials.
• Create delivery menus and galley packing plans in the system.
• Resolve operational and production-related issues and assist with requested operational reports.
• Improve data-collection processes while maintaining effective relationships with colleagues, partners, vendors, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience using Navision or a similar ERP system, preferably in food retail, hospitality, or events.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience producing reports.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills.
• Positive, resilient, self-motivated approach and the ability to manage change efficiently.
• Availability to work across a seven-day operation, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
