GTM Engineer (AI)

Location: Full-time, in-person in New York City, United States

Base salary: $140K–$200K per year, depending on experience. Eligible for a performance-based cash bonus and meaningful early-stage equity grant.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain GTM data and automation infrastructure for account and contact enrichment, outbound tooling, and system integrations.
• Develop dashboards, experimentation frameworks, and self-serve reporting for pipeline, conversion, and revenue visibility.
• Build production-grade AI agents for lead research, enrichment, routing, campaign execution, and outbound personalization.
• Prototype AI-powered workflows, measure business impact, and scale successful experiments into core GTM infrastructure.
• Build reliable, observable pipelines and automate repetitive processes across the customer lifecycle, including TAM mapping, attribution, and lead routing.
• Own GTM data quality and documentation while collaborating with sales, growth, operations, engineering, and leadership.

Requirements

• 1–7 years of experience in software engineering, GTM/growth engineering, or a similar technical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, with the ability to work across modern data and AI infrastructure.
• Experience building data pipelines, integrating APIs, and designing reliable workflows across business systems.
• Understanding of sales and marketing operations and the ability to translate business problems into scalable technical solutions.
• Hands-on experience building with AI agents, LLM APIs, and orchestration frameworks.
• Strong communication skills, ownership of ambiguous problems, and the ability to work independently with sales, operations, and engineering.

Nice to have

• GTM or growth automation experience at a high-growth startup.
• Experience with HubSpot APIs, Clay, Gong, Apollo, Orum, Lemlist, Zapier, Granola, Claude, or Codex.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt, Airflow, Looker, Hex, or similar data and BI tools.
• Experience deploying AI agents or LLM-powered workflows used by real users.
• Side projects, personal websites, or other evidence of hands-on building.
