Senior GTM Engineer (AI)

Salary: $180,000–$220,000 per year for candidates in the U.S.

What you will do

• Own the GTM systems stack, including Salesforce, outbound sequencing tools, enrichment providers, and integrations.
• Write production code, scripts, internal tools, and services to automate outreach, integrations, and sales workflows.
• Build and operate AI workflows for prospecting, account research, lead scoring, and personalization.
• Convert BigQuery and Looker product-usage data into seller-facing alerts, expansion triggers, and account health scores.
• Automate territory building, account targeting, sourcing, enrichment, deduplication, and ICP scoring.
• Maintain reliable funnel data through routing rules, field governance, attribution, documentation, and measurement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in GTM or sales engineering, growth engineering, RevOps with substantial engineering responsibility, or software engineering with GTM exposure.
• Strong SQL and Python skills, with experience owning production automations involving APIs, webhooks, scheduled jobs, and error handling.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including maintainable code, systems thinking, version control, code review, and debugging.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience with objects, flows, routing, and API-level integrations.
• Experience using LLMs in workflows, including prompt design, evaluation, and assessing when AI is appropriate.
• Experience with modern GTM tools such as enrichment platforms, sequencers, and warehouse-native tooling.

Nice to have

• Experience at a developer-facing or API-first company or selling to technical buyers.
• Familiarity with dbt, BigQuery, Looker, or equivalent warehouse and BI tools.
• Experience building agentic, multi-step AI workflows.
• Experience as the first GTM or growth engineering hire and building the function from scratch.
