Agent Architect (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $125,000–$220,000 annually, plus equity

hirify.global is building enterprise software for Autonomous Customer Experience, using AI Superhumans to support revenue teams throughout the buyer journey.

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery and blueprinting for new customer activations.
• Map client business systems and design data flows between AI agents, CRMs, marketing automation platforms, APIs, and proprietary databases.
• Configure agent visualizations, logic gates, response triggers, and other experiential behaviors.
• Guide enterprise stakeholders through activation and translate technical challenges into actionable outcomes.
• Test and optimize agent behavior before and after deployment.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to recommend platform enhancements based on customer activation needs.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solutions Architect, Implementation Engineer, or Technical Account Manager in a SaaS environment.
• Experience integrating systems with REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware.
• Experience designing complex workflows with tools such as Lucidchart, Miro, or Visio.
• Experience managing high-stakes enterprise customer projects during onboarding or activation.
• Strong systems thinking, communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability, and curiosity.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with LLM prompt engineering, vector databases, or NLP concepts.
• Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or SQL for troubleshooting integrations.
• Experience in Customer Experience or Digital Transformation.
• Proficiency with Asana, Jira, or Monday.com for project management.
