Product Solutions Engineer (AI)

Location: Fully remote, but candidates must be based in and reside in Hawaii (any island); frequent travel and occasional office commuting may be required.

Salary: $125,000–$140,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Translate customer and client requests into prioritized product requirements and impactful features.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineering, and operations teams to assess feasibility, manage risks and dependencies, and drive execution.
• Document client requirements, technical specifications, priorities, and stakeholder communications.
• Develop and execute test strategies to ensure feature quality and performance.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and train clients on hirify.global software tools.
• Improve workflows and development processes through AI utilization, automation, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a similar technical field.
• 2–3 years of experience in an engineering role and experience in customer-facing work.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, efficient code in at least one relevant language, including Python or React.
• Experience with AWS Bedrock, Python, SQL, CI/CD, Docker, AWS, and automation tooling.
• Knowledge of AI model monitoring, data validation, LLM evaluation, RAG architectures, MCP servers, prompt engineering, and function calls.
• Strong Agile, UX, analytical, communication, collaboration, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with MLflow, Airflow, LangChain, or Pydantic-AI.
