Member of Technical Staff (AI)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; on-site

Base salary: €100,000–€140,000 per year, plus a performance bonus and equity grant.

What you will do

• Take ownership of key components of the core simulation engine.
• Add features and improve performance while driving throughput and cost metrics.
• Build, scale, and deploy customer-facing products and internal infrastructure.
• Scale software to support 10B+ events and tens of thousands of monthly human and virtual users.
• Help establish the engineering culture as the technical team grows.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of evaluations, reinforcement learning, LLMs, and AI agents.
• Ability to read research papers and follow state-of-the-art literature.
• Strong coding skills and high proficiency with coding agents such as Codex or Claude Code.
• Founder mentality, high agency, resourcefulness, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work on-site in Dublin, Ireland.
