Learning Program Facilitator (Learning and Development)

Location: Las Vegas, NV, United States

Salary: $57,041–$71,307 annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Deliver onboarding, upskilling, systems, role-based competency, customer experience, and compliance training through in-person and virtual sessions.
• Manage training logistics, attendance, assessments, grading, and reporting in the LMS, including Workday.
• Facilitate simulations, coaching, and skills practice while providing actionable feedback to participants and functional leaders.
• Curate learning content and collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to maintain accurate, relevant materials.
• Support train-the-trainer programs and coach frontline and mid-level managers on local reinforcement and skills transfer.
• Prepare training agendas, conduct learning observations, and develop debrief summaries covering outcomes, opportunities, and risks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a related bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 4 years of experience facilitating training programs in both in-person and virtual environments, including at least 3 years with onboarding, role-based, technical, change-readiness, or leadership programs.
• Experience curating learning content, working with instructional design teams, and applying adult learning and learner engagement techniques.
• Proficiency with learning management systems such as Workday, Microsoft Office Suite, virtual delivery tools, Canva, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience with compliance and audit requirements, learning data analysis, organizational change, and adoption of new processes or systems.
• A valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in single-family or multifamily rental operations, residential property management, leasing, or customer service.
• Experience coaching leaders on local training reinforcement.
• Certification in virtual facilitation, adult learning, professional training, or coaching.
