Virtual Leadership Training Instructor

Location: Hybrid delivery at or near Fort Bragg (Fort Liberty), North Carolina, with virtual delivery across the CONUS Southeast/U.S. East Coast region.

What you will do

• Develop lesson plans and deliver leadership development instruction in classroom and virtual settings.
• Facilitate coaching, discussions, virtual simulations, and applied leadership exercises.
• Teach strategies for leading remote teams, strengthening communication, building trust, and sustaining accountability.
• Conduct learner assessments and provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Support curriculum updates and survey-driven improvements.
• Integrate LMS platforms, audiovisual technologies, interactive exercises, and performance-based learning methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5–10+ years of professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development experience.
• Experience with facilitation, adult learning, communication, curriculum delivery, virtual instruction, and assessment.
• Leadership development expertise involving virtual teams, remote workforce engagement, digital collaboration, and applied leadership exercises.
• NACI eligibility is required; the role supports the USARC Civilian Leadership and Development Program.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business tools, including Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio.

Nice to have

• Instructional certifications.
• Relevant Department of Defense or military-sector experience.
