Learning Partner, Program Management & Facilitation

Location: New York, New York; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $66,300–$85,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Partner with business units to understand learning needs and customize programs, workshops, and cohort sessions.
• Contribute to instructional design and develop slides, guides, toolkits, and other learning materials.
• Facilitate live virtual and in-person workshops and training sessions for small teams and groups.
• Adapt learning content based on learner feedback and business requirements.
• Collect and synthesize participant feedback to improve programs and identify operational or content gaps.
• Coordinate communication and logistics with L&D Operations and cross-functional business partners.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, facilitation, or instructional design.
• Comfort facilitating sessions for groups and adapting content in real time.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, build effective relationships, and work autonomously.
• Proactive, adaptable, resourceful, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
