Specialized Learning Leader - Curriculum

Location: Hybrid, with in-person work several times per week in Chicago, Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, or Tampa, United States. Travel of up to 20–25% may be required. hirify.global is not registered to hire or employ personnel in West Virginia or Alaska.

Salary: $92,000–$137,000 annually, plus a 10% bonus target. Estimated total cash range: $101,200–$150,700 annually.

What you will do

• Assess learning needs with business stakeholders, gather input, align expectations, and recommend learning solutions.
• Create and maintain curricula, learning roadmaps, and learning journeys.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, facilitators, and vendors to develop learning programs.
• Manage curriculum initiatives, including plans, timelines, deliverables, communications, launches, and evaluations.
• Monitor learner feedback, business input, and program metrics to improve curriculum effectiveness.
• Maintain curriculum documentation, governance standards, and quality processes while supporting global learning initiatives.

Requirements

• Six or more years of experience in learning and development.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant academic area or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience managing learning projects from design through implementation.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Copilot, and AI tools used in learning development.
• Experience with learning management systems, web conferencing platforms, course authoring tools, or other learning technologies.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning methodologies, stakeholder collaboration, and managing multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience in the consulting or professional services industry.
• Working knowledge of innovation, leadership, delivery, or technology portfolio domains.
