What you will do

• Consult with business stakeholders to understand organizational learning needs.
• Identify training gaps and create customized learning solutions aligned with talent development and business strategies.
• Deliver training through instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, e-learning, blended, on-the-job, social learning, and reference-guide formats.
• Assess training effectiveness using pre- and post-training assessments, quizzes, surveys, and feedback.
• Monitor learning and development trends and apply relevant instructional practices to improve learning offerings.
• Collaborate with experienced learning professionals and subject matter experts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, human resources, business administration, or a related field, or four years of related experience in place of a degree.
• 0–2 years of experience in instructional design or a related field.
• Basic working knowledge of Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain the required U.S. government authorizations.
• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods, communicate effectively, maintain confidentiality, and travel as required.

Nice to have

• Experience in the aerospace and defense industry.
• Instructional design or e-learning certification such as CPLP or ATD.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar tools.
• Audio or video production experience.
• Experience with LMS platforms such as Workday or Cornerstone.
• Experience creating technical, compliance, or process training in a regulated environment.
