hirify.global provides revenue cycle management services for ambulatory surgical centers, anesthesia billing, professional billing, transcription, and related healthcare services.

What you will do

• Drive client implementations from initiation through handoff to client services and operations teams.
• Manage project plans, client expectations, risks, issues, and changes to go-live dates.
• Lead client discovery sessions and create workflow diagrams and standard operating procedures.
• Gather technical requirements across client practice management systems, company platforms, clearinghouses, and third-party applications.
• Analyze historical data and RCM KPIs, including accounts receivable, write-offs, cash per case, and collectability.
• Create testing, corrective action, and remediation plans, and provide subject matter expertise after go-live.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of revenue cycle management operations experience, with expertise in accounts receivable, claims, or payment posting.
• 2–3 years of experience working with various client practice management systems.
• Advanced understanding of implementation and revenue cycle processes.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strategic and critical thinking, strong organization, and a proactive approach.
• Ability to facilitate and manage onboarding for complex clients in a fast-paced environment.
