CRM Solutions Architect

Location: Remote within the United States. Candidates must already be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Annual compensation: $130,000–$150,000, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Lead complex CRM solution design initiatives across sales, marketing, service, and customer experience functions.
• Design end-to-end CRM architecture, including data models and integrations with ERP, servicing platforms, data warehouses, and third-party applications.
• Consult with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and vendors to translate business needs into CRM solutions.
• Establish and champion the CRM technology roadmap, including automation and AI-driven platform capabilities.
• Provide technical direction, training, and mentoring to CRM developers, administrators, and architects.
• Oversee CRM architecture standards, governance, security, data management, and alignment with enterprise technology direction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of experience in software development or CRM systems implementation.
• 5–7 years of experience as a technical architect delivering large-scale CRM solutions.
• Deep expertise in CRM platforms, data modeling, relational databases, and CRM data architecture.
• Experience integrating CRM platforms with internal applications and external partners.
• Working knowledge of network, server, and cloud infrastructure used to host CRM platforms.
