CRM Solutions Architect (CRM)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must already be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship

Annual compensation: $130,000–$150,000, depending on experience

What you will do

• Lead complex CRM solution design initiatives across sales, marketing, service, and customer experience functions.
• Design end-to-end CRM architectures, including data models and integrations with ERP, servicing platforms, data warehouses, and third-party applications.
• Consult with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and vendors to translate business needs into CRM solutions.
• Define and champion the CRM technology roadmap, including adoption of automation and AI-driven platform capabilities.
• Provide technical direction, training, and mentoring to CRM developers, administrators, and architects.
• Establish CRM architecture best practices, governance, standards, data management, and security oversight.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of experience in software development or CRM systems implementation.
• 5–7 years of experience as a technical architect delivering large-scale CRM solutions.
• Deep expertise in CRM platforms, data modeling, relational databases, and CRM data architecture.
• Experience integrating CRM platforms with internal applications and external partners.
• Working knowledge of network, server, and cloud infrastructure used to host CRM platforms.
