Associate (Commercial Real Estate)

What you will do

• Support senior brokers with prospecting, networking, business development, marketing, and client presentations.
• Develop client relationships and provide leasing availability, market condition, and financial analysis information.
• Conduct property tours and explain property features, leasing rates, and terms.
• Compile property data, maps, status updates, market comparisons, and client reports.
• Prepare and review Requests for Proposals and support contract negotiations and due diligence.
• Track potential deals, client communications, marketing materials, and deal activity in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in real estate, accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Real estate license in the state of employment, maintained in good standing.
• 0–2 years of real estate or related experience preferred; commercial real estate internship experience is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe.
• Ability to analyze and interpret documents, present information, prospect for sales, and work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; travel may be required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of CoStar and other commercial real estate listing software.
• Commercial real estate brokerage or service experience.
