What you will do

• Originate and execute commercial real estate transactions, with a focus on capital markets and investment sales.
• Develop new client relationships and nurture existing relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
• Advise clients using market statistics, trends, data, and financial analysis.
• Prepare RFPs, market comparisons, listing presentations, broker opinions of value, proposals, and client reports.
• Lead pitches and presentations, negotiate lease and sale terms, and review transaction documents.
• Coordinate marketing, due diligence, escrow, leasing, and investment sales activities with clients, local brokers, and external specialists.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or real estate.
• 3+ years of experience as a producing commercial real estate broker, preferably in capital markets or investment sales.
• Strong office market knowledge and real estate transactional skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, CoStar, Salesforce or another CRM, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
