What you will do

• Conduct cold calling, prospecting, and lead follow-up to support new business and real estate transactions.
• Maintain company databases for prospects and business opportunities.
• Build knowledge of the local marketplace through networking, industry events, and client meetings.
• Coordinate offer packages and review proposals, leases, and related documents.
• Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, spreadsheets, correspondence, and other materials.
• Progress toward independently managing commercial real estate sales transactions from start to finish.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant sales experience, including phone sales and in-person canvassing; relevant internship experience is considered.
• California real estate practitioner license required or in progress.
• Strong interpersonal, quantitative, writing, communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Experience with CRM programs and Microsoft Excel.
• Motivation to advance in the commercial real estate industry.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
