Senior Associate (Broker)

Location: Irvine, California, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

What you will do

• Conduct cold calling and prospecting to generate new business and follow up on leads.
• Maintain databases covering prospects and business opportunities.
• Build knowledge of the local market through networking, industry events, and client meetings.
• Coordinate offer packages and review proposals, leases, and related documents.
• Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, spreadsheets, correspondence, and other supporting materials.
• Progress toward independently managing real estate sales transactions from start to finish.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant sales experience, including phone and in-person canvassing; quality internship experience is considered.
• California real estate license, or active progress toward obtaining one.
• Strong interpersonal, quantitative, writing, communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Experience using CRM programs and Microsoft Excel.
• Motivation to advance in the commercial real estate industry.
• U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
