Project Manager (Electrical Construction)

Location: On-site in Pasco, Kennewick, or Richland, Washington, or Hermiston, Umatilla, or Boardman, Oregon, United States

Salary: $115,000–$180,000 annually, plus a discretionary year-end bonus.

What you will do

• Plan, execute, track costs, and close electrical construction projects.
• Prepare monthly project status details and percentage-of-completion reports.
• Perform detailed take-offs and estimating for electrical service, tenant improvement, light commercial, and light industrial work.
• Build profitable jobs, make decisions on cost, schedule, and performance, and support cross-selling of company operations.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, in-house operations, and the workforce.
• Support an injury-free work environment and safety culture.

Requirements

• Five years of construction project experience in the regional market, with a record of successful relationships and marketing skills preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and construction methods.
• Ability to read, understand, and write contracts.
• Experience writing detailed scope proposals.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and estimating software.
• Excellent communication, people, and negotiating skills.

Nice to have

• Design/build experience.
• Experience with ConEst estimating software.
