Senior Project Manager - Commercial Electrical Construction

Location: Oakland, Maine, United States. Onsite work in a company-designated office or field location.

Salary: $100,000–$145,000 per year, paid weekly.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day activities and operational oversight for assigned electrical construction projects.
• Prepare construction schedules, look-ahead documents, progress reports, billing information, and project deliverables.
• Develop labor and material cost estimates, perform field take-offs, and prepare bills of material for purchasing.
• Monitor job costs against budgets and support change-order preparation and submission.
• Coordinate clients, subcontractors, construction personnel, and internal stakeholders through meetings, field walk-downs, and project reviews.
• Review project documents for accuracy, address outstanding items, and report project status to management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management and estimating experience in the electrical industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of specifications, proposals, project documentation, the National Electrical Code, and relevant local codes.
• Ability to interpret civil, architectural, structural, and mechanical plans and specifications related to electrical work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating software such as Accubid or an equivalent tool.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
