Human Resources Business Partner

Location: Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin; fully on-site. The role also supports the launch of a new facility in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.

What you will do

• Advise site leadership on change management, organizational effectiveness, staffing, performance, and talent management.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies for the Chippewa Falls site and the growing Eau Claire facility.
• Lead cross-functional HR projects, managing scope, timelines, risks, and resources.
• Facilitate talent reviews, development planning, and succession-readiness activities with site leaders.
• Coach managers on leadership principles, core HR processes, and effective people management.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to improve policies, programs, compliance, employee engagement, and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with a bachelor's degree, or 3+ years with a master's degree.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and practical experience with employee relations.
• Experience working with HR Shared Services, HRBP, and Center of Excellence structures, including high-volume recruiting.
• Strong communication, influencing, facilitation, organization, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Must comply with U.S. export-control requirements; access to ITAR products and related technical data is restricted to U.S. citizens and U.S. permanent residents.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced degree.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
