Senior Director, HR

Location: Neenah, Wisconsin, United States; onsite with a strong physical presence required. Travel needs are minimal.

What you will do

• Partner with Vice Presidents and senior leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, high-potential development, leadership development, and talent pipeline initiatives.
• Guide organizational design, restructuring, change management, acquisitions, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Advise on employee engagement, performance management, investigations, conflict resolution, and legally compliant employment practices.
• Lead the Talent Acquisition team and develop workforce strategies to address current and future talent needs.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and HR Operations to deliver consistent enterprise-wide programs and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including strategic HR Business Partner leadership.
• Experience supporting senior executives and leadership teams in a complex, multi-site environment.
• Demonstrated success leading organizational change, talent strategy, and leadership development initiatives.
• Ability to work onsite in Neenah, Wisconsin with a strong physical presence in the business.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree, MBA, or advanced HR-related degree.
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification.
