Site HR Manager / Sr. HR Business Partner

What you will do

• Partner with site and senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent strategies, employee relations, leadership development, and change management.
• Develop and execute people strategies supporting operational objectives, workforce productivity, employee engagement, and organizational growth.
• Lead labor and employee relations activities, including contract interpretation, grievances, investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and labor strategy.
• Coach leaders and managers on performance management, compensation, talent acquisition, employee development, and decision-making.
• Lead talent review, succession planning, performance management, talent development, and workforce planning processes.
• Manage and develop HR Generalists while analyzing workforce metrics and HR KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in HR business partnering, employee relations, labor relations, or a related area.
• Experience with union environments, contract administration, grievance management, and complex employee relations matters.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on business-aligned people strategies and organizational change.
• Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, decision-making ability, and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain objectivity, build credibility, and balance strategic thinking with operational execution.

Nice to have

• HR or Labor Relations certification.
• Experience managing and developing HR Generalists or other HR team members.
