What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and recommend workforce, talent, and organizational design solutions.
• Coach leaders on people management, team effectiveness, and leadership development.
• Handle employee concerns, conflict resolution, policy interpretation, workplace investigations, and corrective action recommendations.
• Support performance management, targeted training, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on workforce planning, interviews, equitable hiring, onboarding, and employee integration.
• Analyze engagement data, promote an inclusive workplace, and support compensation, benefits, payroll, and compliance activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 3–7 years of progressive HR experience, with HRBP experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, coaching, relationship-building, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity.

Nice to have

• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
