What you will do

• Provide HR coaching, counseling, and consulting to business leaders.
• Advise clients on workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, capability development, and change management.
• Align HR processes with business and corporate objectives and communicate policy updates.
• Forecast human resource needs and support job description development, interviewing, and candidate selection.
• Administer performance management, salary planning, disciplinary processes, and employee relations matters.
• Build trusted client relationships and provide informed guidance on HR legislation and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in HR, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong business knowledge and understanding of the client group’s industry context.
• A pre-employment drug screening and background investigation are required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
