Staff Product Manager, Strategy (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States. US citizenship or a Green Card is required, along with at least three years of US residency and eligibility to obtain Public Trust clearance.

What you will do

• Define long-term product vision and horizon-three strategy for complex, multi-team programs.
• Translate executive and client goals into product strategies and roadmaps that improve outcomes for healthcare users and communities.
• Align executive stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional delivery teams without formal authority.
• Represent product management practices with clients and the civic tech community.
• Mentor product practitioners and collaborate with senior Product leaders to improve the product management practice.
• Support proposals, client relationships, organic program growth, and company-wide business development initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years operating at the Principal or equivalent senior individual contributor level in Product Management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal English, including the ability to explain complex technical and policy concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience owning product vision and strategy across a portfolio or complex, multi-team program.
• Strong command of user-centered design, agile delivery, and continuous discovery.
• US citizenship or Green Card, at least three years of US residency, and eligibility for a Public Trust position are required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Healthcare data standards, regulations, and systems knowledge, including CMS programs, FHIR, eCQMs, or value-based care.
• Professional services, government, federal consulting, or highly regulated industry experience.
• Experience with public-sector procurement, contracting, ATO, FedRAMP, or other federal compliance frameworks.
• Experience with CMS, HHS, quality reporting, payment models, or healthcare transparency programs.
• At least two years working on a remote team, preferably in a leadership role.
