Senior Product Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Fully remote, anywhere in the U.S. Proximity to the Eastern Time zone is beneficial because of frequent collaboration with Boston-based clinical and operations leaders.

Base annual salary: $150,000–$180,000 USD, plus equity.

What you will do

• Research clinical and business needs, identify jobs-to-be-done, and prioritize opportunities using user feedback.
• Own care delivery capabilities end-to-end, including prescribing, prior authorizations, and virtual visit workflows.
• Translate user and business needs into requirements, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Partner with clinical leadership, engineering, design, operations, and clinical education to ship and roll out new tools.
• Track product and program metrics, report progress to leadership, and support backlog management, sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
• Identify and evaluate responsible uses of AI and automation for documentation, prior authorization workflows, and care coordination.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building enterprise experiences with complex workflows.
• Comfort working with technical problems, APIs, and workflows spanning in-house and third-party systems.
• Experience evaluating third-party vendors and coordinating across multiple systems.
• Track record of defining product direction, building alignment, and delivering iteratively.
• End-to-end product ownership from strategy and prioritization through rollout and adoption.
• Strong cross-functional communication, proactive ownership, accountability, and execution in a remote-first startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, virtual care delivery, or health insurance.
• Experience shipping AI-powered features, ideally in a tech-enabled services organization.
• Prior startup or high-growth experience.
