Staff Product Manager, Strategy (Healthcare)

Location: Remote in the United States. Candidates must hold US citizenship or Green Card status, have maintained US residency for at least the past 3 years, and be able to meet Public Trust requirements. Visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Own long-term product vision, strategy, priorities, and roadmaps across complex products or multi-team public-sector healthcare programs.
• Translate organizational, client, policy, and user needs into strategic product direction and evidence-based recommendations.
• Align executives, clients, product, design, engineering, and other stakeholders while influencing outcomes without formal authority.
• Balance user needs, technology, policy, compliance, procurement, and consulting considerations when shaping digital services.
• Mentor product managers and strengthen modern product management practices across the organization.
• Contribute to business development, client relationships, account growth, and expansion of organizational capabilities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience at Principal, Staff, or an equivalent senior individual contributor level in product management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical, product, and policy concepts.
• Significant experience owning long-term product strategy across multiple products, platforms, or complex multi-team programs.
• Strong command of user-centered design, agile delivery, continuous discovery, stakeholder alignment, and product practice development.
• At least 2 years of experience working effectively on remote teams, preferably in a leadership capacity.

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare data standards, regulations, or systems such as CMS programs, FHIR, electronic clinical quality measures, or value-based care.
• Experience in professional services, government, federal consulting, or other highly regulated environments.
• Familiarity with public-sector procurement, federal compliance frameworks, ATO processes, or FedRAMP.
• Experience with federal health agencies, healthcare quality reporting, payment models, or healthcare transparency initiatives.
